Membership: 

Members enjoy hassle free, club-escorted trips to a variety of places that offer a wide array of attractions. they also receive first priority on tour reservations and give destination suggestions.

Join our club today by paying an annual $25 membership fee which renews each January.

Becoming a member is not a requirement to go on a trip!

 

Our Travel Policy: 

Tour price includes connections, a professional tour director, deluxe motor-coach and driver, local guides, all lodging, All sight seeing and attractions listed, taxes, and driver gratuity. Unless otherwise stated, tour price listed is based on two people sharing a room.  pricing for triple or single rooms are available upon request.

 

Tour price does NOT include incidental hotel charges such as telephone calls, room service, meals unless specified, pre and post night lodging or hotel housekeeping gratuity. 

 

Walking tours and periods of standing are part of many tours.  Some sites have limited motor-coach access and many activities include climbing stairs, and walking reasonable distances. Persons requiring assistance must be accompanied by a companion who is capable of and responsible for providing assistance.

Typically, each traveler is allowed one checked bag weighing less than 50 pounds and one smaller carry-on bag. The carry-on bag is the complete responsibility of the traveler and will be kept in the coach with the traveler. 

 

Travel light and pack casual clothes. Keep walking in mind as you pack shoes and clothes. If the trip requires nicer clothes, you will be notified on the travel flyer. Many veteran travelers take a pillow for their personal comfort on the motor-coach.

To reserve a spot on any trip, call Candy at 918-931-1595. A deposit is required and should be paid to hold your spot. Early sign-ups are encouraged to assure space on each tour. 

 

Final payment is due before the date of the trip, and a notice will be sent four to six weeks prior to departure. Tours involving airlines, cruises, trains, or other special accommodations may require an earlier billing date.

Your deposit and final payment can be made using a credit or debit card over the phone. We will not keep your information and only accept visa, discover, and MasterCard.  Checks are always accepted.

 

Candyland Travel retains the right to terminate the participation of any tour member at the  tour member's expense if any physical or mental handicap becomes apparent on the tour and causes hardship to the tour director and/or other tour members.

Cancellation requires written notice at least 14 days prior to departure. Some tours, however, are unable to provide a full refund upon cancellation, but all reasonable efforts will be made to reimburse any payments made before cancellation.

 

We offer travel insurance on every trip offered,  The only way to ensure reimbursement upon cancellation is to purchase travel insurance.  I can also sell you a policy if you choose to travel on your own.

 

Candyland does offer tours outside the United States. On these trips, all travelers are responsible for  obtaining and bringing a valid passport. 

 

Candyland Travel does not accept responsibility or liability for delays, damage or loss of property, or injury while on a tour. Candyland travel reserves the right to modify the cost or schedule of any tour as necessary. 

 

Weather conditions can play a large role in some of our tours. It can affect driving conditions or cause delays and even cancellations to outdoor activities.  Any actions possible will be taken to ensure all schedules are met without compromising safely of our passengers.  Candyland Travel is not responsible for activities or tours canceled due to weather conditions and are non-refundable. Invoices may be sent to passengers if the length of the tour is changed due to weather as required.
